This is Lisa.
I’m a Carleton University industrial design graduate from Montreal, living in Toronto and working in Product Development for one of Canada’s most iconic retailers. As a designer, I have multidisciplinary experiences in lighting design, UX design and traditional industrial design.
I love to learn from people, and experiment with solutions that lead to meaningful outcomes, no matter the medium. Whether people are moving through a space, through a sequence of actions, or swiping through their phone - I dive into the details of any project I can get my hands on, from start to finish.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in atmospheric science, so I like to pretend I know some things about the weather (ask me why hail only happens in the summer)!
Vices include buying discounted yarn for knitting projects I know I’ll never start, eating too much garlic bread and always choosing the craft beer with the prettiest labels.
